Of course. Just login to your account and cancel the plan prior to your next billing cycle. If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.

After you sign up, you must complete onboarding, which takes 1-2 business days. After onboarding is complete and your freelancer match is made, you’ll be off to the races!

Everything we do takes at least 1-2 business day, sometimes more. Something that’s complicated or has a lot of moving parts will obviously take more time. Use your common sense!

YES! Everything that we build will be 100% owned by you. Most of our clients stay with us for the life of the website. Our team is just irresistible that way. But if for any reason you decide you want to take your site to another hosting service and get another company to service the site, we will happily assist you in making the transition as effortlessly and efficiently as possible. The website is yours after all, and we want you to take it wherever you go.

When you hire a new freelancer, we give you 72 hours to decide whether they meet your needs. If you don’t find them to be extraordinary, we’ll not charge you (and you can even keep any work completed during the trial).
